We started Pathfinder Coaching Limited because we’ve lived this ourselves. Our founder spent eight years climbing a corporate ladder that didn’t lead where she wanted to go. The promotions felt hollow. The salary increases meant nothing. And nobody was asking the right questions — not “How do I advance?” but “Is this actually the life I want to build?”
That realization sparked everything. We noticed something in Hong Kong’s professional environment: talented people are trapped between two options. Either stick with something safe but unfulfilling, or jump ship without a plan. There’s rarely a third path. That’s what we created. We’re not here to sell you on a new job. We’re here to help you understand yourself — your strengths, your values, what actually drives you — so you can make moves that feel right, not just sound impressive.
Since we started, we’ve worked with accountants who wanted to teach, managers seeking creative outlets, corporate lawyers exploring entrepreneurship, and professionals from every field who realized success and satisfaction aren’t the same thing.
